All of our 4moms playard sheets are made from 100% jersey knit cotton. It’s soft, breathable and stretchy enough to fit comfortably around the mattress without feeling stiff or overly tight.
Like all of our sheets for 4moms playard mattresses, they’re made with regular washing in mind. And if one ever becomes worn, torn, faded, pilled or shrunken, our lifetime replacement promise has you covered.

What OEKO-TEX certified really means
Tested down to the elastic
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 means the finished sheet is independently tested for harmful substances. That includes everything from the fabric and thread to the elastic around the fitted edge.
Class I, made for babies
Our sheets are certified to Class I, which is the OEKO-TEX product class for babies and children up to three years old. It has the strictest limits of the four product classes.
How it differs from GOTS
GOTS focuses on whether a textile is organic and how it was produced. OEKO-TEX focuses on testing the finished product for harmful substances.
We chose OEKO-TEX because it tests the entire sheet, including the parts that actually come into contact with your baby.

Is this cut to the 4moms Breeze Plus mattress, or is it a generic playard sheet?
It is cut for the Breeze Plus. The playard mattress measures 30 × 43 inches, and our sheets are made around that size rather than being a generic playard sheet. The Breeze Go uses the same size pad, so it fits that too.
Will it sit flat on the thin 4moms Breeze Plus travel mattress?
Yes. The fit is made for the thinner playard pad, with elastic all the way around to help keep the sheet snug without a lot of extra fabric.
Does it stay on when the 4moms Breeze Plus is folded for travel?
We recommend removing the sheet before folding the 4moms sleep space for travel or storage.
How many playard sheets should I have for a 4moms Breeze Plus Playard?
Three 4moms pack n play sheets are enough for most families. One on the pad, one in the wash, and one spare.
Do your 4moms playard sheets fit the Breeze Go as well as the Breeze Plus?
