Return & refund policy

We want you to love your Joey & Joan sheets. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read through our policy below — and don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions.

Return window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 60 days, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused and unwashed
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of use
• Returned within the 60-day window from the delivery date

Items that have been washed, used, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page within the 60-day window. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from our team — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases involving a damaged or defective item (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Joey & Joan is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed for the item cost only
• If your return is not approved (e.g. item shows signs of use), we will notify you and return the item at your cost

Damaged or defective itemsLifetime warranty

Joey & Joan sheets come with a free lifetime warranty. If your sheets pill, unravel, shrink, warp, develop holes, or lose their stretch at any point, we will replace them — no questions asked.

If you receive an item that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

• Your order number
• A photo or short description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items returned after the 60-day window
• Items that have been washed or used
• Items not in original packaging
• Final sale or clearance items (where noted at purchase)
