All of our Graco pack and play fitted sheets are made from 100% jersey knit cotton. It’s soft, breathable and stretchy enough to fit comfortably around the mattress without feeling stiff or overly tight.
Like all our pack and play sheets, Graco sizes included, they’re made with regular washing in mind. And if one ever becomes worn, torn, faded, pilled or shrunken, our lifetime replacement promise has you covered.

What OEKO-TEX certified really means
Tested down to the elastic
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 means the finished sheet is independently tested for harmful substances. That includes everything from the fabric and thread to the elastic around the fitted edge.
Class I, made for babies
Our sheets are certified to Class I, which is the OEKO-TEX product class for babies and children up to three years old. It has the strictest limits of the four product classes.
How it differs from GOTS
GOTS focuses on whether a textile is organic and how it was produced. OEKO-TEX focuses on testing the finished product for harmful substances.
We chose OEKO-TEX because it tests the entire sheet, including the parts that actually come into contact with your baby.

Is this cut to the Graco Pack 'n Play mattress, or is it a generic playard sheet?
It is cut for the Pack ’n Play. Our Pack ’n Play sheets are made for 27 × 39 in Pack ’n Play mattresses rather than sold as a generic playard size. Check the dimensions on the product page against your mattress before ordering.
Will it sit flat on the thin Graco Pack 'n Play travel mattress?
Yes. The sheet is made around the 27 × 39 in mattress, with elastic all the way around, so it tucks under the thin pad and sits flat without spare fabric.
Does it stay on when the Graco Pack 'n Play is folded for travel?
The elastic runs all the way around the fitted edge, so the sheet holds onto the mattress. If you fold the Pack ’n Play with the mattress inside, check the sheet is sitting smooth again once you set it back up.
How many playard sheets should I have for a Graco Pack 'n Play?
Two or three works for most families: one on the playard, one in the wash and a spare in the travel bag.
