It started with a sheet that didn't fit.
When our first son came home, even a bassinet sheet became a source of stress. Our Halo bassinet had a peanut-shaped mattress — and every sheet we could find, including Halo's own, was plain, ill-fitting, or made of something we'd never want against a newborn's skin.
I watched my wife — an already-overwhelmed new mom — cutting and stitching sheets by hand. That was the moment I knew: parents shouldn't have to compromise on where their baby sleeps. So I got obsessed with getting it right — 100% jersey cotton, OEKO-TEX certified, and a partner who believed in exact-fit engineering for 70+ models, down to the trickiest strap openings.
