At Joey + Joan, we believe great quality should come with great service — including shipping. Orders over $50 ship free, and we offer flexible delivery options from Standard all the way to Priority next-day. Just choose what works best for you at checkout.

3–5 business days. Free over $50.
Express
2 business days. Rate shown at checkout.
Priority
Next-day where available. Order by 12pm CT.
Free shipping over $50
All orders of $50 or more ship free, automatically — no code needed. The discount applies at checkout once your cart reaches the threshold.
Processing & handling
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Order tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, reach out and we'll look into it right away.
Need to change your address?
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the change, provided the order hasn't already been dispatched. Once an order is confirmed, the shipping method itself can't be changed.
