That’s why each sheet for Bugaboo bassinet models we make is cut for a specific bassinet, and each Bugaboo bassinet sheet clearly names the model it was made for.
Every Bugaboo bassinet fitted sheet has elastic running all the way around the edge, so it sits smooth on the mattress and doesn’t need tugging back into place after every change. We make separate Bugaboo bassinet sheets for the Kangaroo and the Donkey 6.

Every Bugaboo bassinet sheet we make is made from 100% jersey knit cotton. It’s soft, breathable and stretchy enough to fit comfortably around the mattress without feeling stiff or overly tight.
These sheets are also made with regular washing in mind. And if one ever becomes worn, torn, faded, pilled or shrunken, our lifetime replacement promise has you covered.

What OEKO-TEX certified really means
Tested down to the elastic
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 means the finished sheet is independently tested for harmful substances. That includes everything from the fabric and thread to the elastic around the fitted edge.
Class I, made for babies
Our sheets are certified to Class I, which is the OEKO-TEX product class for babies and children up to three years old. It has the strictest limits of the four product classes.
How it differs from GOTS
GOTS focuses on whether a textile is organic and how it was produced. OEKO-TEX focuses on testing the finished product for harmful substances.
We chose OEKO-TEX because it tests the entire sheet, including the parts that actually come into contact with your baby.

Is this cut for the Bugaboo mattress specifically, or is it a universal sheet?
It is not a universal sheet. We make separate sheets for the Bugaboo Kangaroo and the Donkey 6, and each listing names the bassinet it was made for. If you’re not sure which you need, measure the mattress first and compare it with the dimensions on the product page.
Will it stay on the Bugaboo overnight without working loose?
Each sheet is made for the mattress of the bassinet it is designed for, with elastic running all the way around the fitted edge to help keep it snug and smooth.
Does it fit the Bugaboo mattress shape without bunching at the corners?
Yes. Because the sheet is made around the mattress it is meant for, there is less extra fabric left to bunch around the edges.
Does it shrink after washing and stop fitting the Bugaboo?
The jersey knit cotton is made for regular washing while keeping its shape and stretch. Machine wash and tumble dry as directed. And if your sheet ever does shrink, it is covered by our lifetime replacement promise.
How many bassinet sheets do I need for a Bugaboo?
Two is a good place to start. Keep one on the bassinet and another clean and ready for the next change. A third can be useful if you want an extra spare without having to plan laundry around it.
