Your privacy, in plain words

When you visit or shop with us, we may collect:

• Order details — your name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number, so we can deliver your order and keep you updated.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Browsing data — basic, mostly-anonymous details like your device, browser, and which pages you viewed, so the site works well and loads fast.

We use your information only to run the shop and serve you well — to:

• Process and ship your orders, and handle returns or warranty claims
• Send order confirmations, tracking, and important account messages
• Respond when you reach out with a question
• Improve our products, site, and the occasional update you've opted into

We use commercially reasonable safeguards — encryption, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data protected and to act quickly if anything ever goes wrong.

We make products for babies, but our store is intended for the grown-ups buying them. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a fresh "last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we handle information you've already shared, we'll let you know.
